How do I change the ink on my Epson 8700?
To change the ink cartridge, unlock the front cover. Then press the ink tray until you hear a click and then pull it out. Remove the used ink from the tray. Now get your replacement ink cartridge, and shake it about 10 times. Remove the new ink from its packaging, and insert it into the ink tray. The top of the ink cartridge should be level with the top of the tray. Finally, slide the ink tray back into the printer until it clicks. You can then close and lock the front cover.
