The black is fine but the colour is reading empty. I have sent a message to Printerinks in the hope this matter can be rectified. I have not had this problem before.

Excellent product, delivered speedily

Compatible cartridges did not work with my printer, spent 30 minutes ‘troubleshooting’ to no avail. No refund could be issued until the company received the faulty cartridges, and it’s now going to take 7-10 working days to get a refund. Life’s to short to be messed around like this! Can’t even select ‘poor’ on the review boxes, the default in the mid range!

Very good arrived on time and work perfectly

Very prompt and accurate service, as is common for companies in this sector. But the problem I had is when I had a failure with a new cartridge. the Cyan stopped working, but when I contacted Printerinks to resolve the problem I realised that this would not be easy. Firstly they wanted proof that it was so, so I prointed a copy of a document showing the colour changes an sent it. And other information. All in all, replacement wasn't going to happen, so Printerinks are now 3rd on my list of choice.

As yet I haven't received this product. This is an exchanged item due to an error in the original which has been corrected by Albert in a very professional manner by simply swapping products and making the financial adjustments in the simplest manner. However, as yet the product has not been delivered so I cannot rate its performance but I look forward to receiving and rating its quality and performance.
