Brother MFC-3420C Ink Cartridges

The Brother MFC-3420 printer is a multi-function 5-in-1 device, offering printing, copying, scanning, faxing and PC faxing capabilities. It has a flat bed design, which is great for copying and scanning bound documents. With fast printing speeds of up to 14 pages per minute for mono printing, and 12 pages per minute for colour printing, this Brother printer also offers photo printing, for high quality colour output. The machine does not need to be connected to the computer to be able to fax or copy documents. The machine is of a simple design, and well-suited for the home office or business environment. The control panel on the device is easy to use with buttons to offer intuitive functions. Faxes can be scanned in while sending or receiving other documents, as the printer also offers an 8mb dual access memory. The ink cartridges are easily replaceable, and available individually for cost-effective and ink-saving purposes.

Inks compatible with the MFC-3420C Brother Printer are the LC31BK Black ink cartridge; the LC31C Cyan ink cartridge; the LC31M Magenta ink cartridge; and the LC31Y Yellow ink cartridge. The colour cartridges offer up to 400 pages of printed documents, with the black ink cartridge slightly more longlasting producing up to 500 pages. Also available as an alternative to the LC31BK Black ink cartridge is the LC31HYBK High Yield Black ink cartridge, for more document based printing requirements. This cartridge can produce up to 900 pages, compared to the other more compact cartridges.
